7. Client Testimonials and Submissions

By submitting feedback, testimonials, or any content to us, you grant Metanativ Solution a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your submission for marketing and promotional purposes. You waive any claims to compensation for the use of your submission. Submissions will not be used without prior consent if they involve sensitive or proprietary information.

8. Refund and Revision Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee for our services. If you are dissatisfied with the results, you may request revisions or a refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: Requests for a full refund may be made before the delivery of the initial design or service.
  • 66% Refund: A 66% refund is available if requested within 48 hours of service delivery.
  • 33% Refund: A 33% refund is available if requested between 48 and 120 hours after service delivery.
  • No Refund: No refund will be processed after 120 hours unless under special circumstances. Refund requests should be submitted in writing, and we will respond within 10 business days.

Revisions may be requested within the scope defined in your service agreement. Additional charges may apply for revisions outside the initial scope.

9. Service Delivery

  • Service timelines are agreed upon in your contract, with delays subject to prior communication. If the service is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.
  • Clients may opt for rush delivery services at an additional cost, subject to availability.
  • All final deliverables will be made available to you through your account area. If you encounter issues accessing the deliverables, contact our support team immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

Metanativ Solution is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question. We do not accept liability for damages resulting from third-party software or services, including but not limited to hosting or platform-specific issues.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, the client must first contact our Dispute Handling Department. If the issue is not resolved through internal communication, the dispute will be subject to arbitration as per the laws. Any legal action will take place within the appropriate legal forums.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the relevant jurisdiction, depending on the nature of the dispute, and as mutually agreed upon in the event of legal action.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Termination

The Company and its affiliates respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright violation, please provide the following to the Company:

  • An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • A description of the copyrighted work being infringed.
  • A description of where the material is located on the site.
  • The person’s contact information.
  • A statement that the person believes in good faith that the disputed use is not authorized.

The Company reserves the right to make changes to the site, policies, and Conditions of Use at any time. If any conditions are deemed invalid, they will be severed without affecting the enforceability of the remaining conditions.

We provide unlimited revisions on projects; however, this is limited to 30 revisions after which additional charges will apply.
